Payroll Critical Notice



 We just received this and wanted to make sure our QuickBooks Payroll clients were aware you may receive a Payroll Service error. Read below for further information.

Dear Valued QuickBooks Payroll Customer,

As part of our commitment to ensuring that our technology and systems provide you with the highest possible level of service and support, we will be performing some important maintenance work from October 19 to October 26, 2012.

During this time, you will have full access to your payroll service. In some situations, however, you may receive this Payroll Service server error message when you try to send payroll data or direct-deposit paychecks: "Payroll Service server error. Please try again later. If this problem persists, please contact Intuit Technical Support."

If you encounter this error message, please go to http://payroll.intuit.com/support/kb/1002903.html for instructions on how to resolve the problem.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve your payroll service.
